This Mustang was built in Ford's San Jose, Northern California plant on the 30th January 1968 and featured Yellow paint matched to Gold vinyl upholstery with standard front bucket seats. It was powered by a 4.7L 'C-Code' 289cui-2v V8 Windsor small block engine, matched with a C4 3-speed floor-shift automatic transmission and paired to a conventional rear differential with 2.79:1 highway gearing. This car was delivered and sold into the Los Angeles, Southern California DSO where it has been a resident all its life.

Its getting hard to find a stock early Mustang's these days. Everything has been converted to power this and power that. Fuel injection, overdrive transmissions, big wheels and where funky paint seems to be the norm. This one is quite refreshing being a genuine barn find that is stock, tidy and unmolested. It's been in the same family for all its life where it has been garaged since 1987.

This Coupe is currently not running and with no brakes operational, other than the emergency brake which still works. It is a one-owner lifelong California car which is 100% rust-free with perfect floors, all original paint, very straight body and the original interior - it is an untouched time capsule!!
