This Mustang was built in Ford's San Jose, Northern California plant on the 6th April 1967 and featured Acapulco Blue paint matched to Blue vinyl upholstery with standard front bucket seats. It was powered by a 4.7L 'C-Code' 289cui-2v V8 Windsor small block engine, matched with a 3-speed floor-shift manual transmission and paired to a conventional rear differential with 3.10:1 highway gearing. This car was ordered with the 'Sports Sprint' package. It was delivered and sold into the Seattle, Washington State DSO on the Pacific North-West coast of the US where it has resided all its life.

This Mustang now features a repaint some time ago in the original colour of Acapulco Blue paint and an upholstery refit now featuring standard Black vinyl trim and carpet. Head rests have been added to the front bucket seats for safety and comfort. The paint is attractive in Acapulco Blue and shows well as driver quality. Chrome, glass and trim are all in good condition.

The 'Sports Sprint' package includes - chrome plated air cleaner, rocker panel & wheel well mouldings, louvered turn indicator bonnet, wheel covers, timber gearshift-knob lever and trunk/quarter window trim mouldings.

Under the hood, the 289 V8 engine fires up easily and runs very well and the 3-spd manual transmission shifts nicely. Apart from the Sports Sprint package upgrades this Mustang is a base model with no power steering, power-assisted brakes or air conditioning.

This is a solid good running Mustang, ideal for weekend cruising. Not flawless, but very respectable.
